Lots Lot 1 — Hochdurchsatz-SPR-Analysesystem Tarasov: Das SPR-Analysesystem wird für Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich Biosensorik und biomedizinische Analytik benötigt. Es dient der markierungsfreien Echtzeitcharakterisierung biomolekularer Interaktionen, insbesondere der Bestimmung von Bindungsspezifität, Bindungskinetik und Affinität. Ein wesentlicher Bedarf besteht in einem hohen Probendurchsatz, da regelmäßig eine größere Anzahl unterschiedlicher Biorezeptoren, Analyten, Sensoroberflächen und Messbedingungen untersucht und miteinander verglichen werden muss. Die parallele und automatisierte Analyse ermöglicht eine deutliche Reduzierung der Messzeiten und des Probenverbrauchs sowie eine verbesserte Vergleichbarkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit der Messungen. Das System soll insbesondere für Untersuchungen von Proteinen, Peptiden, Antikörpern und weiteren biologischen Erkennungselementen sowie zur Charakterisierung funktionalisierter Sensoroberflächen eingesetzt werden. Es wird für aktuelle und zukünftige Forschungsarbeiten sowie für die wissenschaftliche Qualifizierung und Ausbildung eingesetzt.
