Rahmenvertrag Dienstradleasing für die Beschäftigten der Stadt Husum

Lots Lot 1 — Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung - Rahmenvereinbarung Dienstradleasing: Die Stadt Husum beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag über das Leasing von verschiedenen Fahrrädern möglichst vieler Hersteller für die Beschäftigten der Stadt Husum abzuschließen. Da die öffentliche Hand beim Klimaschutz eine allgemeine Vorbildfunktion hat, soll durch den abzuschließenden Rahmenvertrag zur Reduzierung der Treibhausgasemissionen beigetragen werden. Die Stadt Husum möchte daher seinen über 300 Beschäftigten ein wirtschaftlich attraktives und praxistaugliches Radleasing anbieten, um ihrer Vorbildfunktion beim Klimaschutz und der Luftreinhaltung weiter auszubauen. Grundlage ist der "Tarifvertrag zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zwecke des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV Fahrradleasing)" vom 01.03.2021 und § 19 Abs. 2 SHBesG. Darüber hinaus sind die Regelungen der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) bei der Erbringung der Leistung einzuhalten. Weitere Einzelheiten sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
