Umplanung eines Küchengebäudes (Haus 12) zu einem Zentrallager / Logistikhub

Lots Lot 1 — Umbau Lagerlogistik: Gegenstand und Ziel der Aufgabe ist die Generalplanung des Umbaus des Hauses 12, mit Anschluss an Haus 2 als Logistikhub für die Anlieferung und Verteilung von Stationswaren im Klinikum und auf dem Camus der Medizinischen Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem. Ziel ist die ganzheitliche Entwicklung eines wirtschaftlichen, nachhaltigen und funktionalen Gebäudekonzepts unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Abläufe, bestehenden baulichen Strukturen sowie aktueller arbeitsplatztechnischer, organisatorischer und technischer Anforderungen. Die zu beplanende Grundfläche beträgt ca. 2.200 m2, verteilt auf 2 Etagen; Das Gebäude bleibt während des Umbaus in Betrieb (Mitarbeiterkantine). Es sind HOAI Leistungen für - Innenräume - Tragwerksplanung - Brandschutz - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (alle Anlagengruppen) - Bauphysik - Arbeitssicherheit zu erbringen.
