Der Landkreis Lüneburg beabsichtigt das Lehrschwimmbecken (LSB) im Schulzentrum Oedeme zu sanieren und zu erweitern. Das Lehrschwimmbecken am Schulzentrum Oedeme wurde 1972 errichtet, ist 54 Jahre alt und entsprechend stark sanierungsbedürftig. Das LSB befindet sich im Stadtteil Oedeme der Hansestadt Lüneburg. Die konkreten Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung und den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen.

Lots Lot 1 — Objektplanung Gebäude und Freianlagen: Es sollen Architektenleistungen und Freianlagenplanungsleistungen ab der Leistungsphase 1 erbracht werden. Die konkreten Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung und den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen zum Los 3. Lot 4 — Tragwerksplanung: Es sollen Leistungen und Leistungsbild Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung der LPH 1 bis 6 erbracht werden.
