Das Landratsamt Mittelsachsen beabsichtigt den Umbau und die Sanierung, Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg. Gesamtkostenrahmen (KG 200-600): derzeit ca. 18,43 Mio. EUR brutto, Bauwerkskosten (KG 300+400): ca. 15,18 Mio. EUR brutto‬‬‬‬‬.

Lots Lot 1 — Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung für den Umbau und die Sanierung Schloss Rochsburg, Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg: Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 und 8 (ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle) der Leistung Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß HOAI § 52 ff. i.V.m. Anlage 14 zu beauftragen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend den Vertragsbedingungen sowie nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Abschluss des Offenen Verfahrens wird vertraglich die Leistungsstufe I: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 sowie Besondere Leistungen beauftragt. Im Anschluss sollen nachfolgende Leistungsphasen stufenweise – einzeln oder im Ganzen – sowie Besondere Leistungen beauftragt werden. Bei Beauftragung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungsphasen 1-6 und 8 liegt das Auftragsende voraussichtlich im 04/2035 (Abschluss LPH 8).
