Lots Lot 1 — TGA Nordstadtbibliothek: Das Gebäude befindet sich im Dortmunder Stadtteil Nordstadt. Der Bestandsbau aus den 1950er-/1960er-Jahren wird derzeit durch die Volkshochschule (VHS) genutzt. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Umbau des Gebäudes zu einer modernen Bibliothek einschließlich der Anpassung an die zukünftigen funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen. Im Rahmen des Projektes sind die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) im Bestandsgebäude zu erbringen. Ziel ist die bedarfsgerechte Modernisierung und Anpassung der technischen Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Nutzung sowie der geltenden technischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
