Fördern & Wohnen (F&W) gibt obdach- und wohnungslosen Menschen ein Dach über dem Kopf und hilft ihnen, wieder Fuß zu fassen. Auch Geflüchtete finden hier eine Bleibe auf Zeit. Für Menschen, die es auf dem Wohnungsmarkt besonders schwer haben, schafft F&W Wohnungen. Menschen mit Behinderung oder psychischer Erkrankung wohnen bei F&W und erleben Teilhabe. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Mit rund 2.300 Mitarbeiter:innen ist es an über 200 Standorten für Menschen da. In der Hein-Hoyer-Straße sollen 3 bestehende Gebäude abgerissen und durch einen 6-geschossigen Neubau ersetzt werden. Es sollen rd. 135 Plätze in der öffentlich-rechtlichen Unterbringung (ÖrU) entstehen, hinzu kommen Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen.
