Leistung zur Prüfung der Tragwerksplanung nach SV-VO

Lots Lot 1 — BLB Aachen | RWTH | Sanierung Werkhalle IWM | Prüfstatiker (005-26-00214): Die Werkhalle aus dem Jahr 1957 - genutzt von der RWTH Aachen mit dem Institut für Werkstoffanwendungen im Maschinenbau (IWM) - soll saniert werden. Das Maßnahmenkonzept sieht eine 1:1 Instandsetzung gemäß dem Stand der heutigen Technik und erneute Zuführung entsprechend der ursprünglichen Nutzung vor. Die Werkhalle ist im Geltungsbereich der Satzung "Denkmalbereich Innenstadt" verortet. Sie unterliegt nicht dem Denkmalschutz jedoch dem Ensembleschutz. Das rückwärtige und über einen Verbindungsgang angeschlossene Institutsgebäude steht umfänglich unter Denkmalschutz. Aufgabe: Prüfung der Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 12 SV-VO. Dies beinhaltet: Prüfen der Tragwerksplanung Prüfen der Ausführungszeichnungen Überwachung der Ausführung Ausrichtung der SV-Tätigkeiten am Planungs- und Bauprozess und zeitnahe Integration in den Projektablauf BITTE BEACHTEN: DER ZUSCHLAG ERFOLGT IN DIESEM VERFAHREN AUF EIN AUSSCHLIESSLICH NACH DEM LOSVERFAHREN AUSGEWÄHLTES ANGEBOT.
