Die HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (nachfolgend HOWOGE) plant auf dem 23.640 m² großen Baugrundstück am Recklinghauser Weg 26 im Bezirk Berlin-Spandau die Sanierung und Erweiterung der B.-Traven-Gemeinschaftsschule (BTG). Die zu vergebenden Leistungen betreffen das baubegleitende Baucontrolling durch einen Sachverständigen.

Lots Lot 1 — Baubegleitendes Baucontrolling: Die zu vergebenden Leistungen betreffen das baubegleitende Baucontrolling durch einen Sachverständigen als übergeordnete Qualitätssicherung im Interesse der HOWOGE als Bauherr und späterem Vermieter der zu sanierenden bzw. zu erweiternden Schulanlage BTG und im Interesse des Bezirksamts Spandau von Berlin als späterem Mieter der Schulanlage. Leistungsinhalt ist das baubegleitende Baucontrolling für die abzubrechenden Bauteile für die Sanierung drei bestehender Bauteile und die Erweiterung um drei neue Bauteile, die Errichtung eines Interims, die Herstellung der Interim-Freianlagen sowie der finalen Freianlagen im laufenden Schulbetrieb. Der Leistungsumfang ist in der Leistungsbeschreibung Anlage 01 enthalten.
