Lots Lot 1 — A59, St Augustin, Umweltfachliche Leistungen zur Vorplanung: Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Niederlassung Rheinland, plant den 6-streifigen Ausbau der A 59 im Abschnitt zwischen AD Sankt Augustin-West bis T+R Liburer Heide (gem. Bundesverkehrswege-plan (BVWP)). Für die Planung der baulichen und verkehrlichen Situation werden sämtliche technisch und planerisch sinnvolle Lösungen untersucht, die mit dem regelgerechten 6-streifigen Ausbau zu einer Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit führen. Grundlage dafür ist die bis zur Vergabe vorliegende Verkehrsuntersuchung mit Prognosehorizont 2035. Hierfür sind folgende umweltfachlichen Leistungen zur Vorplanung erforderlich: -Erstellen einer UVS -Erstellen einer Faunistischen Planungsraumanalyse -Durchführen von Faunistischen Leistungen -Erstellen einer FFH-Verträglichkeitsprüfung -Planen mit BIM.
