Details

Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist die denkmalgerechte Sanierung und Umnutzung des ehemaligen Marstallgebäudes aus dem frühen 18. Jahrhundert zu einer öffentlichen WC-Anlage sowie zu einem Saal für öffentliche kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Für den Umbau sollen im Rahmen dieser Vergabe die Leistungen für Objektplanung, Tragwerksplanung sowie Planungsleistungen der technischen Gebäudeausstattung (HLS, ELT) beauftragt werden. Die Vergabe erfolgt losweise.

Lots Lot 1 — Los 1 Objektplanung und Freianlagenplanung: Für das Objekt sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: 1. Objektplanung gemäß § 34 HOAI - Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 10 HOAI, - Leistungsphasen 2–8 als Festauftrag, - Leistungsphase 9 als Option; - sämtliche Teilleistungen je Leistungsphase sind zu erbringen. 2. Freianlagenplanung gemäß § 39 HOAI - Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 11 HOAI, - Leistungsphasen 1–8 als Festauftrag, - Leistungsphase 9 als Option; - sämtliche Teilleistungen je Leistungsphase sind zu erbringen. Lot 2 — Los 2 Tragwerksplanung: Für das Objekt sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 49 HOAI – Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 14 HOAI – Leistungsphasen 1 - 6 als Festauftrag – sämtliche Teilleistungen je Leistungsphase sind zu erbringen Lot 3 — Los 3 TGA-Planung HLS: Für das Objekt sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: TGA Planung ALG 1 – 3 gemäß § 53 HOAI – Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 15 HOAI, – Leistungsphasen 1–8 als Festauftrag, – Leistungsphase 9 als Option; – sämtliche Teilleistungen je Leistungsphase sind zu erbringen. Lot 4 — Los 4 TGA-Planung ELT: Für das Objekt sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: TGA Planung ALG 4 – 5 gemäß § 53 HOAI – Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 15 HOAI, – Leistungsphasen 1–8 als Festauftrag, – Leistungsphase 9 als Option; – sämtliche Teilleistungen je Leistungsphase sind zu erbringen
