Generalsanierung mit energetischer Maßnahme des Rathaus-Standort Münchner Straße 70- in Unterföhring sowie der dort belegenen Tiefgarage mit folgenden wesentliche Zielstellungen: -Umgestaltung der Büro- und Arbeitsplatzflächen (auch im Hinblick auf möglichst flexible Nutzungskonzepte) und Schaffung eines möglichst flexibel gestalteten Raumbuchs; hierzu gibt es bereits ein Raumkonzept, das ursprünglich für einen Neubau angedacht war. -Aufgrund der Änderung der Rahmenbedingungen wird der Neubau durch die Gemeinde nicht realisiert. Das Raumkonzept sollte jedoch weitgehendst in das neu zu erstellende Raumbuch übernommen werden, soweit dies ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich ist. -Aktuell sind 84 Arbeitsplätze im Gebäude. Diese sollen auf min. 90 Arbeitsplätze erhöht werden. -Schaffung von Aufenthalts- und Sozialräume für das Personal der Gemeinde. -Schaffung bzw. Verbesserung Barrierefreiheit und Erreichbarkeit der einzelnen Ämter. Die Gemeinde umfasst insgesamt sechs Ämter, wobei vier Ämter hauptsächlich während der Parteiverkehrszeiten Aufgaben des öffentlichen Rechts erfüllen. -Implementierung von 5 Faktionszimmern und 2 Sitzungssälen-1 großer Sitzungssaal für 24 Gemeinderatsmitglieder, Verwaltung, Presse und Bürgern -1- kleiner Sitzungssaal für 9 Ausschussmitglieder, Verwaltung und ggf. Bürgern -Durchführung einer energetischen Sanierung nach dem aktuell geltenden gesetzlichen Standards -Brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung des Gebäudes, insbesondere Schaffung eines bauseitigen 2. Rettungswegs für das gesamte Gebäude
