Details

Das Dach des Laborgebäudes 101 in der Robert-Hooke-Straße 7 befindet sich in einem sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Im Rahmen der gegenständlichen Maßnahme ist eine umfassende Grundsanierung vorgesehen, welche die vollständige Entfernung und Erneuerung der bestehenden Dachabdichtung einschließlich Wärmedämmung und Dampfsperre umfasst. Dazu sind die Objektplanungssleistungen Gebäude/Innenraum gem. HOAI § 34 sowie Besondere Leistungen gem. Anlage 10 zu erbringen.

Lots Lot 1 — Dacherneuerung Flachdach Gebäude 101 - Objektplanung Gebäude / Innenraum (26-0324_P): Auf Grundlage des aktuellen Bestandszustands sind die nachfolgenden Leistungen vorgesehen: - Vollständige Aufnahme der Dachabdichtungsbahn inkl. Dämmung und Dampfsperre - Demontage und Erneuerung der Entwässerung - die bestehende inneliegenden Entwässerung (Unterdrucksystem) soll in eine Außenliegende umgeplant werden - Erneuerung der Attikaaufkantungen (inkl. einer neuen Brüstungskonstruktion); - Konstruktive Verstärkung der Dachaufbauten bzw. Übrbauung der technischen Rohrleitungen zur Aufnahme einer PV-Anlage - Überarbeitung der Notabdichtung, - Wiederherstellung / Anarbeiten der Dachrandabdichtung - Einbau einer Wärmedämmung gemäß GEG - Dachabdichtung als Bitumendach bzw. Gründach - ggfs. zusätzliche Arbeiten / De- Montage der Lüftungsleitungen o.ä. - Zugehörige Nebenarbeiten. Das Dach besteht aus verschiedenen Ebenen (siehe Planunterlagen). Alle erforderlichen Bestandspläne, Detail und Schnittzeichnungen werden nach Auftragserteilung zur Verfügung gestellt.
