Im Jahr 2021 wurde erstmals das gesamte öffentliche Straßennetz vermessungstechnisch befahren. In den Jahren 2023 und 2025 erfolgten erneute Befahrungen. Die dabei gewonnenen Daten ergänzen und aktualisieren den bestehenden Datenbestand der FHH und haben sich seitdem als wertvolles Geodatenprodukt etabliert. Sie führen zu spürbaren Vorteilen und Vereinfachungen in Verwaltungs-, Planungs-, Abstimmungs- und Aktualisierungsprozessen. Um diese Mehrwerte auch künftig kontinuierlich und verlässlich zu sichern sowie weiter zu optimieren, ist für das Jahr 2027 eine erneute Befahrung vorgesehen.
