Der Auftragnehmer (AN) führt im Auftrag des Landkreises Heidekreis (AG) die Grundwasserprobenahme, die Analytik für Standard-Parameter sowie die Analytik auf chemische Kampfstoffe durch. Außerdem monatliche Probenahme von Wasserproben und Transport. Es sollen in regelmäßigen Abständen die verschiedenen Reinigungsstufen sowie das Roh- und Rein-Wasser beprobt und untersucht werden. Auf die verschiedenen Untersuchungsparameter und die Untersuchungsintervalle wird im Leistungsverzeichnis eingegangen. Die Erkenntnisse aus der Beprobung und Analytik am Standort stellen einen wesentlichen Bestandteil für den Verlauf der Kampfmittelräumung und folglich auch der daraus resultierenden Kosten dar. Der AG erwartet vom AN, dass die chemischen Verbindungen eindeutig und sicher identifiziert werden.
