Details

Für die Projekte der Projektabteilung See im BAAINBw (Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr) sind für Funktionsnachweise und Erprobungen der Waffensysteme an Bord von Neu- und Umbauten von Marineeinheiten auf See unter anderem zivile Flugzieldarstellungen (FZDen) mit Helikoptern notwendig. Zur Deckung des gesamten Bedarfes an FZDen in der Projektabteilung (PA) See soll ein Abrufvertrag geschlossen werden. Die Termine der Einsatzzeiten bedürfen aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Ereignisse der Erprobungsumstände (z. B. Funktions- und Betriebsfähigkeit der zu testenden Bordanlagen der Schiffe, Wetterbedingungen) hoher Flexibilität des Auftragnehmers (AN).
