Lots Lot 1 — Quartiersarchitekt HammPelkum: Der Quartiersarchitekt agiert mit regelmäßigen Beratungszeiten vor Ort als Ansprechpartner für Bürger, um einen niedrigschwelligen Zugang zu Informationen und Fördermöglichkeiten auf kommunaler Ebene und von weiteren öffentlichen Fördergebern sicherzustellen und auch für Beratungstermine bei Eigentümern vor Ort zur Verfügung zu stehen. Vorgesehen ist eine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von zehn Stunden, von denen fünf Stunden pro Woche in Präsenz vor Ort für Beratungen genutzt werden sollen. Die geforderten Leistungen umfassen dabei beratende Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Sanierung und Entwicklung im privaten Gebäudebestand und gliedern sich in die im Folgenden beschriebenen Leistungsbereiche: - Unterstützung von Interessenten bei der Förderantragsstellung zum Fassaden- und Hofflächenprogramm - Inhaltliche und fachliche Beratung zur Gestaltung, Nutzung, Material- und Farbwahl bei Maßnahmen der Fassaden- und Hofflächengestaltung - Beratung zu Maßnahmen der Dach- und Fassadenbegrünung - Maßnahmenvorschläge und erste unverbindliche Kosteneinschätzung (keine Planungsleistungen nach HOAI) - Angebots- und Rechnungsprüfung bei Handwerkerleistungen - Maßnahmendokumentation (inkl. Fotodokumentation vorher/nachher) - Evaluation der Maßnahmen
