Lots Lot 1 — Los 3 - Betreibung der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft Aue-Bad Schlema: Der Erzgebirgskreis ist als untere Unterbringungsbehörde nach § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 und Abs. 2 Sächsisches Flüchtlingsaufnahmegesetz (SächsFlüAG) für die Unterbringung und Betreuung von Asylbewerbern und anderen ausländischen Flüchtlingen zuständig. Der Landkreis betreibt zu diesem Zweck eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft mit einer Kapazität von 171 Plätzen, deren laufende Betreibung im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahren neu vergeben wird. Der Auftragnehmer (Betreiber) erbringt Betreiberdienstleistungen für die Gemeinschaftsunterkunft auf der Grundlage dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sowie der weiteren Vertragsunterlagen.
