Lots Lot 1 — Betreibung der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft Satower Straße: Es wird die Betreibung einer Gemeinschaftsunterkunft (GU) ausgeschrieben. Die Gemeinschaftsunterkunft befindet sich im Rostocker Stadtteil Gartenstadt/Stadtweide. Die Adresse lautet: Satower Str. 130, 18059 Rostock. Das Objekt besteht aus mehreren zweigeschossigen Wohnhäusern sowie einem Sozial- und Verwaltungsgebäude, Heiz- und Lagerhaus, Wachgebäude und dem dazugehörenden Außengelände. Das Objekt wurde zum 08.10.2014 angemietet und wird seither als Sammelunterkunft genutzt. Die Betreibung (Betreuung und Bewirtschaftung) erfolgt seither durch einen Träger. Die Gemeinschaftsunterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 397 Personen. Bei dem untergebrach-ten Personenkreis handelt es sich um Asylbewerber, Kriegsflüchtlinge und sonstige ausländische Flüchtlinge. Die Auftragserfüllung soll in Kooperation mit dem jeweiligen Bewachungsunternehmen erfolgen. Das Vertragsverhältnis beginnt am 01.11.2026, 08:00 Uhr und wird zunächst bis zum 31.10.2028 geschlossen. Sofern und solange es nicht gekündigt wird, verlängert es sich auf unbestimmte Zeit.
