Det dynamiske indkøbssystem udbydes til brug for arbejder på afvandingselementer i forbindelse med genopretningsaktiviteter indenfor vejdrift eller i forbindelse med nyanlæg. Det ventes primært brugt til oprensning af eksisterende bassiner og grøfter o.lign. Arbejdet vil omfatte en række mindre opgaver, som skal udføres i hele Danmark.
