Dette oppdraget inngår som en del av prosjektet Fv. 109 Råbekken-Østfoldhallen Dellparsell 1, og omfatter riving av totalt 23 boliger, hvor to av dem er næringsbygg og to enkeltvis garasjer langs fylkesvei 109 i Fredrikstad kommune og Sarpsborg kommune. Omfanget ligger vedlagt konkurransegrunnlaget.
Riving skjer i forbindelse med utvidelsen av Fv. 109 til fire kjørefelt. Det er gjennomført miljøkartlegging av samtlige boliger, or rapporten fra denne kartleggingen er vedlagt konkurransegrunnlaget
