Applicants should indicate their proposed rate within this range and the anticipated number of days required to deliver the role. The final fee and time allocation will be agreed based on experience, relevant skills, demonstrated quality of work, the proposed delivery plan, and the available budget. Routine remote-working costs, equipment and software subscriptions will be the responsibility of the freelancer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Engagement Status and Compliance: This role is offered on a self-employed freelance basis and does not constitute employment with RBB. The successful freelancer will be responsible for all applicable taxes, statutory contributions, insurance and legal obligations in their country of residence and must be able to invoice RBB accordingly. The freelancer will be required to comply with RBB’s safeguarding, data protection, confidentiality, information security and ethical communications policies. Appointment may be subject to satisfactory references, identity verification and any safeguarding or criminal-record checks that are appropriate and legally available for the duties undertaken. Where field engagement is involved, additional safeguarding guidance, risk assessment or training may be required and will be proportionate to the scope of work. The successful candidate must declare any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest relevant to the engagement.
