La présente consultation a pour objet d'automatiser la station de pompage d'Izaux, située sur la Neste, afin d'assurer l'alimentation du canal de la Neste en toute circonstance, notamment lors des périodes de chômage. Actuellement, la station fonctionne grâce à deux groupes de pompes alimentés par des puits distincts, équipés d'un système de filtration manuel nécessitant des interventions fréquentes (nettoyage toutes les 30 minutes) et une présence humaine continue. Ce mode de fonctionnement est contraignant et peu adapté au caractère stratégique de l'ouvrage. Le projet vise donc à installer un système de filtration automatique pour les deux puits de pompage, afin de rendre la station autonome, améliorer la gestion des situations d'urgence et optimiser l'organisation des moyens humains. Cette modernisation permettra également de garantir la disponibilité permanente de l'installation et sa mise en service rapide en cas de défaillance du canal.
