La présente consultation a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de service de formation et de prestations sous-traitées de formation en langues pour la région Île-de-France. La présente consultation est lancée par l'Afpa pour ses propres besoins ainsi que pour les besoins des filiales de son groupe, en application d'une convention de mise à disposition entre l'Afpa Epic et ses filiales. Les filiales Afpa Accès à l'Emploi et Afpa Entreprises pourront recourir aux Titulaires du marché afin de conclure avec eux des contrats de sous-traitance séparés, considérés comme subséquents du lot concerné. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP), et le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
