La présente consultation est un marché de prestations intellectuelles permettant de finaliser l’élaboration du Plan Local d’Urbanisme intercommunal de la Communauté de Communes de l’Est de la Somme. Le présent marché s’inscrit dans la continuité d’un précédent marché d’élaboration du PLUi, achevé en décembre 2024, ayant permis la réalisation des diagnostics, du PADD et des éléments permettant d’arrêter le projet de PLUi. Le titulaire devra s’approprier les études existantes et les intégrer dans la poursuite de la mission. Il réalisera une analyse critique des documents existants lors de la phase de démarrage et signalera au pouvoir adjudicateur toute incohérence, insuffisance ou risque.
