La présente consultation a pour objet des travaux d'enfouissement des réseaux de distribution publique d'électricité sur les communes urbaines et rurales. Il ne s'applique pas aux travaux d'entretien des installations d'éclairage public. Il s'applique aux communes soumises au critère d'électrification urbaine et rurale. La description des travaux et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
Lots Lot 1 — TRAVAUX D’ENFOUISSEMENT DES RÉSEAUX DE DISTRIBUTION PUBLIQUE D’ÉLECTRICITÉ SUR LES COMMUNES URBAINES ET RURALES (estimated 6700000): Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet des travaux d'enfouissement des réseaux de distribution publique d'électricité sur les communes urbaines et rurales. Il ne s'applique pas aux travaux d'entretien des installations d'éclairage public. Il s'applique aux communes soumises au critère d'électrification urbaine et rurale. La description des travaux et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le contrat est conclu sous la forme d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (4 titulaires maximum), s’exécutant par l’émission de bons de commande sur la base des prix définis dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) de chaque titulaire. Le montant maximum des commandes pour la durée totale d’exécution de l’accord-cadre, reconductions comprises est de 6 700 000 euros hors taxes.
