Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison, l'installation, le paramétrage, la mise en service et la formation à l'usage d’un simulateur de navigation et d’un simulateur de machines marines destinés à la formation des élèves aux métiers de la mer. Les prestations attendues sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Le marché est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s’agit d’un appel d’offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124-2, et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit : - Lot 1 “Simulateur de navigation/manoeuvre/radiocommunication ” - Lot 2 “Simulateur de machine marine ” Les candidats pourront présenter une offre pour un ou deux lots. L’attribution se fait par lot. Chacun des lots fait l’objet d’un marché séparé, conclu avec une entreprise unique ou un groupement d’entreprises. La valeur totale estimée de l'ensemble des lots est de 300 000 € TTC.
