L'objet de cette consultation porte sur l'automatisation et la mise en conformité CE électrique et de sécurité d’une machine de dépôt par pulvérisation cathodique PLASSYS-MP 450S qui a été acquise en 2002 par l'Institut FEMTO-ST (UMR CNRS 6174). L’upgrade de la machine MP 450S permettra de pérenniser cet équipement en remplaçant le système actuel par un système avec automate et logiciel de pilotage et de supervision, tout en automatisant les mouvements mécaniques clés (cache, porte-substrat, etc.). Cela inclura le remplacement de certains de ses sous-ensembles obsolètes. Si besoin l’équipement pourra être transféré dans les locaux du titulaire pour cette remise à niveau. Le transport de l’équipement sera alors à la charge du titulaire, qui devra préciser dans son offre la durée d’indisponibilité résultant de ce transfert. L'équipement est destiné à une utilisation dans le cadre de projets de recherche au sein de la centrale de technologie MIMENTO de FEMTO-ST.
