Accord-cadre à bons de commandes et à marchés subséquents Conformément à la réglementation, le département de la drôme et les membres du groupement remettent en concurrence leur services de communications électroniques couvrant les périmètres suivants : ? Services d'interconnexion de sites. ? Services de connexion Internet. ? Services complémentaires associées. Les principaux objectifs visés par cet accord-cadre sont les suivants : ? Disposer d'une architecture globale cohérente et fiable afin de garantir un fonctionnement optimal et durable des services. ? Assurer la continuité de service, en limitant au maximum les interruptions pour les utilisateurs grâce à une maîtrise rigoureuse des phases de migration et de préparation du déploiement. ? Mettre en oeuvre des procédures efficaces ainsi que des moyens humains et techniques adaptés, afin de diagnostiquer et de résoudre rapidement les pannes et ainsi réduire significativement leur impact sur le fonctionnement du département
