Prestations de contrôle extérieur laboratoire ouvrages d’art et fondations dans le cadre des travaux d’aménagement du Contournement Ouest de Montpellier (COM). Les domaines techniques concernés comprennent les ouvrages d’art courants, les ouvrages d’art non courants et les ouvrages en génie civil.
Lots Lot 1 — COM – Contrôle extérieur – Laboratoire ouvrages d’art: Les prestations de contrôle extérieur comprennent notamment, sous le pilotage du maître d’œuvre, des vérifications sur site, en usine et en laboratoire : avis sur procédures spécifiques, contrôle des bétons (dossier béton, convenance, contrôle alcali-réaction, essais sur éprouvette, etc.), contrôle de la fabrication des éléments préfabriqués en béton armé ou précontraint, contrôle des équipements (appareils d’appuis, joints de chaussée, etc.), contrôle ponctuel sur site des phases sensibles, examens et avis pour acceptation des moyens de fabrication, étalonnage et suivi des contrôles de fabrication et de réalisation, Longueur d’autoroute et de la route concernées : 3 km + 6,5 km. Ouvrages principaux : - Viaduc de la Mosson : tablier bipoutre mixte à entretoises, longueur de 285 m. - Viaduc de Gennevaux : tablier quadri-caisson mixte, longueur de 83 m. - OANC11 franchissant les autoroutes A9 et A709 : tablier bi-poutre mixte à pièces de pont, longueur de 89 m, - OA8 : tablier bipoutre mixte à entretoises, longueur de 51 m - Elargissement de 6 passages inférieurs - Démolition / reconstruction de 3 passages inférieurs - Démolition / reconstruction de 2 passages supérieurs - Réalisation d’une trémie en paroi moulée tirantée de 800m, y compris création de 5 passages supérieurs en tablier poutrelles enrobées, - Réalisation d’écrans acoustiques : environ 18 000 m2
