La consultation a pour objet les missions groupées suivantes : * Dans le cadre des évolutions normatives impliquant la mise à jour d'un volume important d'expertises et de diagnostics techniques sur le patrimoine de Côte d'Azur Habitat, les missions d'expertises et de diagnostics techniques (hors DPE), divisées en deux lots géographiques : - Lot n°1 : Agences Antibes, Carros, Saint Augustin et Las Planas - Lot n°2 : Agences Bon Voyage, Ariane, Menton et Le Forum * Dans le cadre des ventes et relocations de logements répartis sur le patrimoine de Côte d'Azur Habitat, les missions de diagnostics immobiliers réglementaires dans le cadre des ventes et relocations, divisées en deux lots géographiques : - Lot n°3 : Agences Antibes, Carros, Saint Augustin et Las Planas - Lot n°4 : Agences Bon Voyage, Ariane, Menton et Le Forum * Les missions de diagnostics de performance énergétique et d'études thermiques sur l'ensemble des résidences de Côte d'Azur Habitat font l'objet du lot 5. Chaque lot donnera lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande distinct.
