La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le titulaire de l'accord-cadre de prestations de contrôles règlementaires. Les prestations à réaliser par le titulaire concernent les domaines suivants : - Réalisation de mesures - assistance réglementaire, - étude-conseil, - sessions d'information sur la réglementation, Le détail complet des prestations figure au CCTP. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre de prestations de services mono-attributaire, avec un montant minimum de 150 000 euros HT et un montant maximum de 720 000 euros HT, sur l'ensemble de la durée de l'accord-cadre (reconductions comprises). Cet accord cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique
