L’objet du présent marché est la fourniture d’un service de support technique bureautique de niveau 1 et de niveau 2 pour l’ensemble des utilisateurs internes de l’ATIH comprenant : • une assistance à distance pour l’ensemble des utilisateurs ; • une assistance de proximité dans les locaux du siège à Lyon pour les interventions nécessitant une présence physique ; • des prestations complémentaires. Le détail des prestations attendues figure dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Le marché prend une la forme d’un marché ordinaire. Les prestations sont déclenchées par l’émission d’ordres de service par l’ATIH. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de quatre (4) ans à compter de sa date de notification et n’est pas reconductible. La date prévisionnelle de notification est le 25 janvier 2027
