Lot 2 — Expertise indépendante du système de vote dématérialisé par internet et services associés de l’éditeur titulaire du lot n°1: Le lot n°2 a pour objet la prestation d’expertise indépendante du système de vote dématérialisé par internet et services associés de l’éditeur titulaire du lot n°1.
