La présente consultation concerne l'installation et de maintenance des systèmes de vidéosurveillance pour IDF HABITAT et GENNEVILLIERS HABITAT (membres de la SAC CAP HABITAT) Dans le cadre de ce marché, le titulaire prendra à sa charge : - La maintenance, voire la mise à jour des dispositifs de vidéosurveillance, - Les nouvelles installations et l'extension des systèmes existants sur l'ensemble du patrimoine. Le TITULAIRE gèrera les travaux, la maintenance et la télésurveillance pour chacun des bailleurs sociaux engagés. Il devra assurer le reporting et le suivi des chantiers de manière distincte et séparée avec d'un côté les interlocuteurs de Gennevilliers Habitat et de l'autre ceux d'IDF Habitat
