Un groupement de commandes régi par les dispositions prévues à l'article L.2113-6 du Code de la Commande Publique (CCP), a été constitué entre : • La Régie d'Electricité de Thônes (RET) 10, rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau BP 30 74230 THONES • SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 32, rue de Savoie BP 5 74910 SEYSSEL Ce groupement de commandes est identifié sous la référence GC 2026/ MATERIEL EP. La RET a été désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Elle est mandatée pour la passation, la signature et la notification du marché, au nom et pour le compte de l'ensemble des membres du groupement : un seul marché sera établi pour les deux entreprises désignées ci-dessus. Chaque membre du groupement se charge ensuite de l'exécution du marché pour son propre compte. Chaque membre du groupement est désigné ci-après "Le Groupement". La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de matériel d’éclairage public. Lieu de livraison : département de la Haute-Savoie La procédure de passation du présent marché est la procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, en application des dispositions des articles L.2124-1 et R.2124-2, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est un accord-cadre qui s’exécute par l’émission de bons de commande conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du CCP. Chaque bon de commande précise la nature et la quantité des matériels à livrer. Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu’au dernier jour de validité du marché et sont notifiés au titulaire par RET ou ESS au fur et à mesure des besoins.
