L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La durée de l'accord-cadre est d'1 an reconductible 3 fois de manière tacite. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure au 01/01/2027 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027, pour sa période initiale. Les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre. Le montant maximum annuel est de 300 000 euro(s) HT, soit 1 200 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Les livraisons et exécution des prestations auront lieu au plus près des chantiers d'enduits superficiels via des dépôts identifiés chaque année (se référer à l'annexe 3 du CCTP) et à l'adresse indiquée ci-dessous
