L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. La présente consultation concerne une prestation de transports collectifs de personnes, hors du cas des transports urbains (dont la compétence relève de Rodez Agglomération) et des transports des élèves depuis leur domicile jusqu'aux établissements scolaires (dont la compétence relève de la Région Occitanie). En application des articles L2113-6 à L2113-8 du code de la commande publique, cette consultation fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre huit communes, que sont Rodez, Druelle Balsac, Le Monastère, Olemps, Onet-le-Château, Luc-la-Primaube, Sainte-Radegonde et Sébazac-Concourès
