Le présent marché porte sur des prestations informatiques de maîtrise d'oeuvre, de conception fonctionnelle et de qualification des logiciels, sur le SI coeur de métier Cipav, à l'exclusion des progiciels et du périmètre Bonita. De manière générale, cet appel d'offres couvre les applicatifs « faits maison » du SI, tant de front office (internet Cipav) que de back-office (TOSCA (gestion des prestations), GDP (Gestion des personnes), AXIAL (Action Sociale et Insatisfaction, DRIVE (Rachats et VCPR), …. Le périmètre de la qualification des logiciels inclut également le périmètre inter-régime (M@rel, RGCU, etc.). Le marché couvre : - Le MCO du SI Coeur de métier (Maintenance corrective, évolutive, préventive et adaptative) et redressement / fiabilisation de données. - Les projets sur ce SI coeur de métier.
