Lots Lot 1 — La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en œuvre de prestations de suivi, de support et de maintenance du logiciel SAP BusinessObjects BI 4, ainsi que la fourniture des acquisitions et prestations associées nécessaires à son exploitation.: La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en œuvre de prestations de suivi, de support et de maintenance du logiciel SAP BusinessObjects BI 4, ainsi que la fourniture des acquisitions et prestations associées nécessaires à son exploitation. Ce marché comprend : ➢ Une partie ordinaire traitée à prix global forfaitaire, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations de maintenance forfaitaires pour les licences et modules acquis par le Pouvoir Adjudicateur dans le cadre de la solution logicielle SAP Business Intelligence; ➢ Une partie conclue sous la forme d’un accord-cadre comprenant : - Une partie exécutée par émission de bons de commande au sens des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique, ayant pour objet l’achat de prestations complémentaires, licences supplémentaires ou complémentaires, d’unités d'œuvres nécessaires aux configurations de nouvelles fonctionnalités, de formations ou journées expertises, d’'abonnement au Club utilisateur et d’autres références du catalogue du Titulaire, relevant de l’objet du marché - Des prestations exécutées après attribution de marchés subséquents, en application des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique, ayant pour objet des opérations de déploiement complémentaire du logiciel BI4. Ces marchés subséquents seront conclus à la survenance du besoin. Leur forme et leur durée seront déterminés dans les documents de la consultation.
