La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un appel d'offres ouvert pour la fourniture de licences Microsoft 365 E3 Non-profit et le renouvellement de la Software Assurance Microsoft au bénéfice du groupe AFNOR.

Lots Lot 1 — Microsoft 365 E3 Non-profit: Lot n°1 « Microsoft 365 E3 Non-profit » conclu sous la forme d’un marché mixte comprenant : • Une partie A correspondant à l’acquisition initiale de 1 000 licences Microsoft 365 E3 Non-profit traitée à prix global et forfaitaire conformément à la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF). • Une partie B correspondant aux prestations ponctuelles et à l'acquisition d'options complémentaires, exécutées sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Les bons de commande sont émis en fonction des besoins d'AFNOR et valorisés sur la base des prix unitaires ou forfaitaires figurant au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). Lot 2 — Software Assurance: Lot n°2 « Software Assurance (SA) et autres abonnements Microsoft » : accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par émission de bons de commande : • Les prestations à l’article 2.5.4 du CDC traitées à prix unitaires et exécutées à la survenance du besoin par l’émission d’un bon de commande établi sur la base des prix indiqués au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU).
