L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Montant minimum HT : 1 000 000 euro(s) HT Montant maximum HT : 8 000 000 euro(s) HT Son exécution sera mixte. Elle s'effectuera en effet à la fois : -A partir du bordereau de prix unitaires (BPU) et au moyen de bons de commande pour les prestations dont la consistance, connue, permet la fixation de prix unitaires dès la contractualisation, -Au travers de la conclusion de marchés subséquents (MS) à la survenance du besoin, par exemple -pour des prestations spécifiques, qui interviennent dans des configurations particulières, ou destinées à faire face à la survenance d'aléas -pour des prestations spécifiques qui répondent à un besoin particulier et ponctuel La forme des marchés sera définie par chaque marché subséquent.
