Details

La présente consultation concerne le transport et le traitement des boues du CTEU de la CAV. Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du CCP. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP relatif aux accords-cadres. Le seuil maximum est de 700 000 EUR HT pour toute la durée de l'accord-cadre. L'atteinte de ce seuil rendra caduc le présent accord-cadre. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure des besoins, conformément aux articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique relatifs aux accords-cadres.
