La présente consultation a pour objet la définition des travaux de restauration de corniches qui sont à réaliser dans le cadre du projet de restructuration de l'hôtel de ville d'Annecy située dans le département de la Haute Savoie (74). Les autres lots ont déjà été attribués. L'acheteur exige la présentation d'une offre de base et d'une variante obligatoire conformément à l'article R. 2151-9 du Code de la commande publique. Ainsi, les candidats doivent soumissionner à l'offre de base et à la variante pour ce lot. A ce titre, les candidats devront respecter les exigences minimales indiquées dans le CCTP du lot concerné. - Offre de Base : réalisation des angles rentrants et sortants en béton - Variante : réalisation des angles rentrants et sortants en pierre Il est à noter que la période de préparation est fixée à 2 mois et le délai d'exécution est de 60 jours. La date prévisionnelle de notification de l'OS de démarrage est début décembre 2026. Les travaux commencent à la fin de la période de préparation. Une prime d'avance pour achèvement anticipé est prévue à l'article 7.5.1 du CCAP
