Le présent marché prévoit la réalisation de l'objectif suivant : - le maintien de la qualité des ouvrages par un entretien régulier de robinetterie, siphons et vidages, et échange des matériels, par des équipements équivalents ou tel que précisés au présent contrat, chaque fois que nécessaire. - Assurer l'entretien et la maintenance en parfait état d'écoulement des évacuations des logements permettant le vidage normal et le bon état de fonctionnement des appareils (Eviers, lavabos, baignoires, douches, WC, bidets / Chauffe-eau et Machines à laver linge et vaisselle)
