Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre de service à bons de commande sur bordereau de prix. Accord-cadre de service au titre des prestations à bordereau de prix unitaire pour les prestations d'entretien P2 - P3, de contrôles périodiques et de travaux de remplacement pluriannuels des ballons anti-bélier. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.
