Le présent marché implique la mise en place d'un accord-cadre dit « composite » correspondant pour partie à un marché ordinaire, au sens de l'article R. 2112-6 2° du Code de la commande publique et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commandes au sens des articles L. 2125-1 1° et R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 dudit code. Il comprend : Au titre de la part forfaitaire : Les prestations de maintenance préventive Au titre de la part à commande : il s'agit de prestations ponctuelles comprenant notamment les réparations, remplacements de matériels et fournitures associées. La part à commande est conclue pour chaque lot sans minimum et avec un maximum de 2 000 000 € HT sur la durée totale du marché .
