La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un contrat portant sur la vérification et l'entretien des équipements de sécurité incendie et d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour des travaux et services associés sur les ensembles immobiliers de CDC HABITAT, de CDC HABITAT SOCIAL et de MEECAM situées en Ile-de-France (75/77/78/91/92/93/94/95). Les ensembles immobiliers concernés par ce marché sont listés dans l'annexe 1 de l'Acte d'Engagement. Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins, ce marché comprend : - UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE relative aux prestations de vérification et d'entretien courant des équipements de sécurité incendie - UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES avec des Bordereaux de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatifs à des prestations complémentaires
