Elle concerne : CH de Valence, Hôpitaux Drôme Nord, CH Drôme Vivarais, CH de Crest, CH Intercommunal Vercors Isère, CHde Die, CH de Tournon, CH de Lamastre, CH du Cheylard, Ehpad La Cerreno, GCS Restauration Nord-Drôme (GCS RND) --- Forme du contrat Le marché est un marché composite (ordinaire et accord-cadre à bons de commande) : Une partie forfaitaire (DPGF) qui concerne la maintenance préventive et une partie accord-cadre à bon de commande (BPU) pour les prestations de maintenance hors forfait, elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles R2121-8, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre est sans minimum mais avec un maximum (détail au RC)
