Le marché comporte les prestations suivantes : P1 : Fourniture et gestion de l'énergie : - Pour le site alimenté au bois, La fourniture de l'énergie pour une prestation en marché de comptage avec intéressement aux économies d'énergie (MCI) selon les bâtiments - Cette prestation concerne le site « Domaine du Mérantais » alimenté aux pellets ; - Le Titulaire a passé pour la bonne exécution du marché, tous les accords et conventions avec les fournisseurs d'énergie pour garantir la fourniture de chaleur nécessaire au chauffage et à la production d'eau chaude sanitaire des bâtiments. P2 : Conduite et maintenance: - La prestation forfaitaire de conduite et d'entretien courant de l'ensemble des équipements techniques concernés ; - La prestation forfaitaire de maintenance et de nettoyage des bassins de la piscine ; - La fourniture forfaitaire de sel pour les adoucisseurs ; - La prestation forfaitaire de moyens concernant la lutte contre la prolifération des légionnelles selon les bâtiments ; - Le suivi des visites réglementaires des installations techniques confiées ; - Le suivi des installations via la GMAO interne SQY P3 : Garantie totale: - La prestation forfaitaire de garantie totale de l'ensemble des équipements concernés (poste P3/1) ; - La prestation de renouvellement programmé des équipements avec clause de répartition en fin de contrat (Poste P3/2). P9 : Traitement d'eau: - La prestation unitaire de traitement d'eau basée sur la consommation d'eau adoucie (pour la piscine), ainsi que tous les traitements spécifiques d'eau de piscine
